You've come a long way. That's what they're saying about Duke's Heritage Buffet units. Not too long ago, you had a choice of Oxford hickory finish and Oxford Hickory finish. Now, you have a choice of seven (7) different standard finishes, including the redoubtable Oxford Hickory. The sneeze guards have been upgraded so they're flip-up clear Plexiglas meaning they're easier to clean and even easier to see through. We've made the body of the units the standard 36" high, and made the 12" tray slides the ADA approved 34" from the floor. Of course, Heritage units are portable so you can configure them any way you want and when serving is finished, just roll them away. When you need classic style, Heritage is the clear choice.
Heritage Buffet Units are the perfect combination of function and style, creating an unmatched buffet series. Eight (8) standard laminate finishes for the bodies will enhance either contemporary or traditional decors.
To create a buffet lineup that is uniquely your own, the optional "Heritage" sneeze guard is available in three (3) standard powder coat paint colors, which complement the laminate finishes offered. But, if you would like something special, not only can you select a standard laminate or optional special color laminate finish for the bodies of the Heritage units, there are several sneeze guard styles available as well. Tray slides are available as options and contrasting laminates can be ordered.
Not only are there myriad choices for colors and finishes, Heritage Buffet Units come in a variety of models to make service easy. Casters are standard to make creating new layouts a breeze.
Seventeen possible configurations for Hot/Cold units, with electric hot food sections and mechanically cooled cold sections make this the unit for limited space.
The Hot Food units have insulated stainless steel sealed wells, individual recessed heat controls, and are NSF Standard 4 compliant.
Cold Pan units can be ice- or mechanically-cooled. If you choose mechanically cooled, standard or NSF Standard 7 compliant units can be ordered.
There are Soup Kettle, Cashier, Solid Top, Beef Cart, Dish Dispenser and Frost To units as well.

This is our most economical line of buffet units. If you're searching for good looks and durability and you're on a budget, this is the line for you. Our EconoMate Buffet units are portable with the option of open or closed storage bases and also come in tabletop models. You have the choice of twelve (12) standard powder coat paint finishes for the heavy gauge steel bodies so you're sure to find a color to match your decor. The sneeze guards are clear so your customers can see exactly what they're getting. We even have a combination hot/cold unit if you're really short on space. For the cost-conscious, this is the one.
Economate - perfectly named because this is our most economical line of buffet units. Good looks and durability in one group at an affordable price. EconoMate Buffet Units are perfect for the limited space facility: All floor models are only 22-1/2" wide.
The units can be mixed and matched to fit your design needs. The heavy gauge steel bodies come in twelve (12) standard powder coat paint colors and have heavy gauge stainless steel tops.
All full size EconoMates are portable, with open or closed storage bases. A table top version of all models except the Mechanically Assisted Cold Pan and the Solid Top unit is available. The floor models are standard with swivel casters for portability.
Each unit comes with a one-piece clear Plexiglas canopy.
The electric Hot Food Unit is NSF Standard 4 compliant and comes in either 2-, 3- and 4- well sizes. All heat wells have exposed elements in 8-1/2" deep galvanized steel liners for dry operation.
The cold pan units for EconoMate come in Ice Cooled and Mechanically Assisted Ice Cooled models. Pan liners are stainless steel and insulated. Mechanically Assisted units are refrigerated by copper coils attached to the bottom of the liner. Compressor uses R134A refrigerant and is controlled by ON/OFF switch with cord and plug provided.
The EconoMate Buffet Solid Top units come in 44-3/8" long and is standard with a canopy, two (2) bullet lamps, meat spike and au jus pan, cutting board and two (2) aluminum spillage pans. Table top, open and closed base units are available. The Beef Cart is NSF listed.
