Stratus Manual and Thermostatically controlled griddles are designed for optimum peformance, durability, easy cleaning and maintance. The cast iron "H" type burners are strategically located every 12" to provide even heating on the 24" front to back cooking area. Each burner has an individual heavy duty brass valve control and a standing pilot for easy safe ignition. Thermostatically control units come with one Thermostat for every (2) two burners and can be adjusted from 150-450 degrees. The 3/4" thick griddle plates are highly polished with a 3" spatula width grease trough. Stainless steel perimiter splash sides and valve cover keep clean-up easy. A heavy duty stainless steel plate landing ledge aids in food preparation and serving. Optional 4" appliance legs and stainless steel stands are available on both models.
